What services do you offer?

We offer balloon arrangements, event decorations and customized designs.

 

How many days in advance should I place an order?

Due to the high volume of orders, and out own limitations, we are asking for a 3 week period preferably when we need to buy new materials, such as screens, etc… otherwise we can take orders 2 weeks in advance. * We do offer emergency orders at a higher cost and depends on the size of your event or needs*.

 

Do you offer delivery service?

Yes! We offer delivery service in most of our products fro your convenience>

 

Is it expansive?

We know how bad you want it, so we always strive to adjust to your budget, wether you are trying to save a couple bucks or go all out, we are ready for you!

Do you provide custom furniture options?

Yes, we offer custom furniture selection in our rental services.

Where are you located?

We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

 

Can I order a specific theme for my party?

Yes! The limit to our services is your imagination.

 

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Unfortunately, we do not have that service ready but we can offer you a free quote. We need your party theme/occasion design, address, and budget, so we can try and work with you .

 

Can you help with decorating a small space?

Yes, we specialize in maximizing space in all types of  areas.

 

What is your dissatisfaction policy?

Our policy offers a 50% refund if the problem is caused by our costumers dissatisfaction.
